Prestige Alignment – Deep Structural Reset
Prestige Alignment is not a single session. It is a foundational phase of work designed to restore balance, and structural integrity before moving into regular maintenance sessions.
Most clients complete a series of 3 -5 Prestige Alignment sessions, depending on history, patterns, and how the body responds. This phase allows the body to settle, recalibrate, and stabilise — rather than chasing short-term relief.
Sessions are hands-on, focused, and individual. The work goes deeper than a regular session and is designed to create meaningful change, not temporary adjustment.
Only once this foundation is in place do most clients transition to Regular Alignment Sessions.
